Exact Path Diagnostic Test

The Exact Path Diagnostic is a parent-monitored online assessment completed at home in a calm, low-stress environment. This adaptive test measures your child’s current skill levels in math, reading, and language arts, identifying strengths and gaps so you can make confident educational decisions.

Exact Path is an online, adaptive diagnostic that helps parents quickly understand where their child is in reading, language arts, and math. It highlights strengths and skill gaps by showing whether a student is working above, at, or below grade level, helping parents know what to focus on next.

This assessment is parent-proctored and completed anytime online, making it flexible, time-friendly, and low-stress. Because it adapts to each student’s responses, children are not overwhelmed and only answer questions appropriate for their level.

Exact Path is a great option for homeschool or traditional school families who want a clear academic snapshot and ongoing progress monitoring without the pressure of traditional testing.

 

This test can be used to satisfy the testing requirements for the Step Up For Students PEP Scholarship. Please reserve the funds with us in Step Up first, and then email us at [email protected] for next steps.  We are direct testing providers in the SUFS marketplace.

How It Works

Step 2: Complete the online diagnostic at home.

Your child completes the Exact Path assessment online in a calm, parent-proctored setting. The test is adaptive, time-friendly, and can be done at your own pace.

Step 3: Receive Results and Support. 

You’ll receive clear diagnostic results showing your child’s academic level, along with guidance and support from The Homeschool Well to help you understand the results and determine next steps for instruction and growth.
